Job summary

Experience is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide planning, design reviews, and construction management under a USAF AFCAP contract at Al Udeid Air Base, Doha, Qatar. You will lead a team of five PMs, manage critical plans, and ensure compliance with installation standards and life-cycle support.

Required qualifications include a PMP with at least six years of PM experience, a 15-year PM track record, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and an ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required with at least six years of experience in project management.
• Fifteen years of overall project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, construction management or building science.
• Knowledge of planning, programing, design and management principles.
• AFIT WMGT 301 and WMGT 322 coursework completed online or via live broadcast.
• Must be USN to fill this position.
• Secret US Government Clearance; US Citizenship required.
• Valid state or international driver's license and passport.
• Ability to read and write English; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Overseas government contracting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning, project design reviews, project management, construction management and other administrative duties as required by the AFCAP contract.
• Lead a team of 5 Project Managers and oversee related planning documents.
• Support installation planning and development of IDP, District Plans, and Component plans.
• Ensure projects are executed in accordance with regulations, specifications and best practices.
• Prepare weekly status reports to the Site Manager and participate in site inspections.
