Job summary

Qualifications

• 18+ years in project management with 10+ years in senior PM or deputy director roles.
• Experience in airport development, cargo expansion, or operations projects.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regs and safety standards.
• Budget, forecasting and cost-control expertise.
• Proficient with PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent.
• Advanced skills in MS Project, Primavera or similar tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Director in planning, organizing and executing airport projects.
• Manage schedules, budgets and resource allocation for cost control.
• Coordinate with government agencies, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress against timelines and address deviations.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards.
• Prepare and present project reports and metrics to leadership.
• Lead and mentor project team members to high performance.
• Address escalations and resolve stakeholder conflicts.
• Analyze data to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
