Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Lead Project Manager in Doha to drive planning, delivery and handover of large-scale, high-value projects. You will oversee ORAT readiness and ensure safe, on-time delivery within scope and budget, while guiding governance and executive reporting.

With 10–15 years in project leadership, you will manage diverse stakeholders, mentor teams, and uphold quality and regulatory standards across interfaces and disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field.
• PM certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or PMI Construction Professional Certification.
• 10–15 years of overall project management experience.
• Proven delivery of complex projects valued at USD 50M–100M+.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder interfaces in airports or large infra environments.
• Middle East regional exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex project initiatives from concept to handover and operations.
• Ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget.
• Provide governance and strategic direction across the lifecycle.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria.
• Develop plans, budgets, schedules and reporting frameworks.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders across interfaces.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and regulators.
• Lead governance meetings, steering committees and exec reporting.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively.
• Develop contingency and recovery plans for successful outcomes.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor project managers.
