Oil-Gas.net is seeking a Head of Project Engineering for the Infrastructure & Civil scope of the QatarEnergy MIC Business Park Major Project in Doha. The role leads discipline engineering across the full lifecycle, ensuring technical excellence, safety, quality, timely delivery, and cost effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years in infrastructure and civil projects with proven leadership on major programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience in Infrastructure & Civil projects.
• Experience leading discipline engineering teams on major projects (10+ years).
• Strong project management, discipline engineering, construction and supervision expertise.
• Extensive experience applying industry best practices and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern discipline engineering activities across the full project lifecycle.
• Ensure technical excellence and alignment with project objectives.
• Provide strategic engineering project management to deliver safe, high-quality, timely, and cost-effective solutions.
