Job summary

Advanced Search is hiring for Head, Project Engineering in Qatar to serve as the Senior Discipline Engineering Authority for Infrastructure & Civil scope. You will lead engineering activities across the full project lifecycle, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with objectives, standards, and best practices.

This role provides strategic engineering project management to deliver safe, high‑quality, timely, and cost‑effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years’ relevant experience in Infrastructure & Civil projects within the Oil & Gas industry, predominantely in major project execution.
• At least 10 years of proven experience leading discipline engineering teams on major projects, with 5+ years in team management or leadership.
• Strong background in project management, discipline engineering, construction, and supervision across all project lifecycle stages.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern all discipline engineering activities across the full project lifecycle.
• Provide strategic engineering project management to deliver safe, high‑quality, timely, and cost‑effective solutions.
• Ensure alignment with corporate standards and industry best practices while managing time, cost, and quality in multi‑project environments.
