Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Senior Project Engineer for outage projects. You will lead detailed outage schedules, allocate resources, and manage work breakdown structures to keep critical downtime on track.

The role requires 8–10 years of project engineering experience, proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project, and strong knowledge of QE standards, ASME, API, and ISO codes. You will interface with clients, monitor budgets, and ensure safety and quality compliance on

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
8–10 years of project engineering experience in outage projects.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project.
Knowledge of QE standards, ASME, API and ISO codes.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed outage schedules and resource allocation plans.
Monitor site activities and ensure adherence to timelines.
Liaise with field service engineers, technicians, HSE officers, and contractors to align project goals.
Prepare method statements, risk assessments, daily progress reports and compliance records.
Ensure mechanical and welding works meet QA/QC standards and client requirements.
Enforce HSE standards, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure safe execution of outage activities.
Act as the primary client interface, providing updates and addressing concerns.
Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
