Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed outage schedules and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor site activities and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Liaise with field service engineers, technicians, HSE officers, and contractors to align project goals.
• Prepare method statements, risk assessments, daily progress reports and compliance records.
• Ensure mechanical and welding works meet QA/QC standards and client requirements.
• Enforce HSE standards, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure safe execution of outage activities.
• Act as the primary client interface, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
