Boran Sports Technology is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the development and continuous improvement of our large-scale sports technology platform, covering member management, event operations, accreditation, results, and finance.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, customers, and delivery teams to ensure the product delivers value and supports our company strategy. Fluency in English and Arabic is required, with willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years as a Product Owner/Manager on complex enterprise platforms.
• Experience managing B2B and B2C journeys within the same product.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; willingness to travel internationally.

Our services include results management, real-time TV graphics and Streaming, Web and Apps, etc...We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead the development and continuous improvement of our large-scale sports technology platform, covering member management, event operations, accreditation, results, and finance. You will work closely with business stakeholders, customers, and development teams to ensure the product delivers value and supports our company strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the primary product contact for the client and represent Bornan in product discussions.
• Gather and analyze business and user requirements.
• Work closely with development and design teams.
• Align product delivery with business goals.
• Ensure products meet quality, reliability, and usability standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager on complex enterprise platforms (CRM, membership management, ERP, event management systems, or equivalent)
• Experience managing B2B and B2C user journeys within the same product
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Willingness to travel internationally if required
• Teamworking and Initiative
• Most importantly, a lot of enthusiasm!

Nice to have:

• Background in sports, event management, or membership organisation technology
• Experience with low-code platforms (OutSystems, Mendix, Salesforce, or similar)
• Experience working with sports federations, governing bodies, or event organising committees
