Job summary

Bornan Sports Technology is seeking a QA Engineer for its Digital team in Doha to assure quality across the full portfolio of digital products. You will design and execute tests, work with Product Owners and developers, and contribute to continuous QA improvements throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Experience in QA methodologies, test planning and documentation is essential, with strong English communication and the ability to collaborate across multiple products and teams in a sports-technology

Qualifications

• Proven experience in QA software testing roles.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing best practices, and SDLC.
• Experience building structured test case lists and test documentation.
• Ability to work across multiple products and projects simultaneously.
• Technology-agnostic approach to testing any platform or stack.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (Product, Dev, Stakeholders).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, write and maintain comprehensive test cases, plans and lists for digital products (web, mobile, back-office).
• Execute manual testing across functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end scenarios.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and developers to translate requirements into test coverage.
• Identify, document and track defects in project tools (e.g., GitHub).
• Participate in requirements reviews and provide QA input early in delivery cycles.
• Communicate testing progress, risks and blockers to stakeholders clearly and timely.
• Contribute to QA process improvements and best practices within the team.
• Coordinate validation sessions with clients and external stakeholders when required.

Bornan Sports Technology is a company specializing in technological innovation for sports We develop advanced products and systems for all types of sporting events large or small national or international Our expertise covers real-time results timing and TV graphics services supporting seamless event operations worldwide We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our Digital team in Doha You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Bornan s digital products across the full portfolio working closely with Product Owners developers and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle

Key Responsibilities

• Design write and maintain comprehensive test cases test plans and test lists for a variety of digital products web platforms mobile apps back-office systems
• Execute manual testing across functional regression integration and end-to-end scenarios
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and development teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective test coverage
• Identify document and track defects clearly in project management tools e g com GitHub
• Participate in requirements reviews and provide quality input early in the development cycle
• Communicate testing progress risks and blockers to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices within the team
• Coordinate validation sessions with clients and external stakeholders when required
