Qatar Insurance Company (QIC) seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the Car Market marketplace end-to-end within the QIC super app. You will manage supply, demand, ranking, pricing, and monetization, coordinating across engineers, designers, data scientists and marketers.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisioning, global collaboration, and regulatory compliance in a bilingual, remote setting. You will lead discovery, experimentation, and cross-functional delivery for iOS, Android and web,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, including ownership of a marketplace/2-sided product
• Experience shipping consumer mobile products at scale (iOS/Android)
• Strong data skills: SQL, analytics tools, and A/B testing guidance

Responsabilités

• Own Car Market product end to end: strategy, roadmap, discovery, delivery and post-launch results across platforms
• Grow supply and demand, balance segments and price bands
• Own core funnel from listing to deal and reduce drop-offs at each step
• Improve search, ranking and recommendations for relevant listings
• Lead cross-functional squad and write clear specs with acceptance criteria
