Nebras Energy seeks a specialized Procurement and GS Coordinator in Doha to drive procurement planning, vendor engagement, and contract compliance across power, energy, and water sectors.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 8 years of experience, with minimum 3 years in management, and strong English proficiency. Arabic is a plus, and experience in GCC markets is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
• 8+ years of experience in similar roles in large Power Energy sector companies.
• Experience in the power, energy, or water sectors is mandatory.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability, analytical thinking, and hands-on operational experience within the GCC culture.
• Proven ability to collaborate with key stakeholders, senior executives, and external partners.

Aufgaben

• Create, compile, and execute the annual organizational procurement plan; initiate sourcing, tendering and direct purchases.
• Issue and monitor purchase orders to verify compliance with specifications, quality and pricing.
• Coordinate external vendors and suppliers, ensure contract compliance and optimize procurement tools and processes.
• Oversee maintenance, safety, and logistics of facilities, office supplies, and general support services.
• Follow policies and SOPs while contributing to cost reduction and timely financial and operational reports.
