Confidential in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to support procurement operations, supplier coordination, inventory management, reporting, and vendor management activities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a High School Diploma with 5+ years of procurement experience; strong documentation, negotiation, and ERP skills are essential for success in this position.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience.
• Experience in procurement documentation and vendor management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement controls.

Mansioni

• Manage procurement requests and prepare RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations and ensure timely delivery.
• Support vendor evaluation, performance monitoring, and SRM.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, approvals and regulations.
• Maintain contracts, purchase orders, quotations, and supplier records.
• Support inventory management and stock level monitoring.
• Prepare procurement reports and expenditure analyses.
• Record procurement activities in ERP systems and maintain audit trails.
