Job summary

Confidential Company in Doha is seeking an experienced Facilities Management professional to coordinate daily operations, ensuring service delivery and contract compliance. The role involves overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance with engineering teams and collaborating with clients, contractors, and internal departments to resolve issues and close tasks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Strong coordination, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAFM/CMMS systems. PMP certification and UPDA registration are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily facilities management operations to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with contract requirements.
Monitor planned preventive and corrective maintenance activities with engineering teams.
Liaise with clients, contractors and internal departments to resolve operational issues and follow up on outstanding tasks.
Track KPIs, SLAs, work orders and maintenance schedules ensuring timely completion.
Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
Support resource planning, inspections, audits and compliance with quality and HSE requirements.
