Job summary

Black & Grey HR, Doha, is recruiting a Pre-Sales Manager to drive technical strategy across the sales cycle. You will design tailored IT solutions, lead powerful demonstrations, and prepare compelling proposals for enterprise clients in the sports and entertainment space.

With 7–10 years in pre-sales or solution consulting, you will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure feasibility and client value, while staying ahead of digital trends and pricing considerations.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in a pre-sales/solution consulting/technical sales role within IT solutions and services.
• Proven ability to design and present complex technology solutions to enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and integration technologies.
• Experience in the sports and entertainment technology sector is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, AWS, Microsoft Azure) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to assess client requirements and create customized IT solutions.
• Develop detailed technical proposals, RFP responses, and supporting documentation.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to stakeholders, communicating technical concepts clearly.
• Gather requirements with clients and internal teams to align solutions with objectives and capabilities.
• Work with product development, engineering, and delivery teams to validate feasibility and provide client insights.
• Stay informed on industry trends to advise on innovative solutions and maintain competitive advantage.
• Assist in pricing strategies, cost estimation, and risk assessment; participate in client negotiations as the technical SME.
