Job summary

The Ned Doha is seeking an experienced Public Relations Manager to lead a high-profile communications program for a luxury hospitality destination in Doha. This leadership role requires a highly organized professional with an operational background, a passion for excellence, and the ability to mentor a team.

You will spearhead media relations, craft influential narratives, manage external agencies, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Events, and Operations to ensure consistent brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations, preferably within luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong media network and proven track record of securing top-tier press coverage.
• Preferred Arabic speaking candidates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated public relations and communications strategy across local, regional, and international markets.
• Lead relationships with external PR agencies and communications partners, providing strategic direction and evaluating performance.
• Cultivate relationships with media, luxury publications, influencers, and key industry stakeholders.
• Secure high-value editorial coverage across hospitality, travel, dining, wellness, culture, design, and luxury platforms.
• Lead creation of press releases, media kits, executive communications, speeches, and thought leadership content.
• Plan media events, press trips, influencer collaborations, launch activations, and experiential campaigns.
