Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Senior Consultant / Project Manager for Ports & Marine in Doha, Qatar. You will manage studies and projects within the Ports & Marine service line, lead delivery as a senior consultant, and ensure technical quality through best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a strong track record, extensive leadership and stakeholder management, and the ability to travel within the Middle East region to support multidisciplinary teams and project success.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Ports & Marine engineering, min 10 years.
• 5+ years in a Project Manager role.
• Chartered Engineer status or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage studies and projects within the Ports & Marine service line.
• Act as Senior Consultant in delivery of Port Consulting and Engineering Services.
• Ensure technical quality through best practices and continuous improvement.
• Promote cost reduction and productivity across projects.
• Conduct site visits, data gathering and technical evaluations.
• Participate in design reviews and advise on technical design and compliance.
• Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
• Maintain project cost and quality control per PM procedures and standards.
