Bachelor's degree in offshore/marine engineering or related field.
Minimum of 10 years in offshore engineering and construction.
Proven offshore installation engineering and project execution for major offshore developments.
Strong knowledge of offshore installation methods and heavy lifting operations.

Responsibilities

Lead offshore installation engineering and project execution across all phases.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and marine contractors for safe, efficient execution.
Monitor offshore construction progress and manage vessels, equipment and personnel.
Capture and disseminate lessons learned; contribute to improvements in procedures.
Prepare technical reports and deliverables; support Offshore Operations Center initiatives.
