Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Head of Quality Assurance onshore in Qatar to lead QA for multiple projects. You will manage the QMS, enforce quality across >200 third parties, and drive continuous improvement from design through handover, ensuring timely commissioning and adherence to standards.

The role demands extensive oil & gas QA leadership and fluency in English. Applicants should hold a science/engineering degree and relevant quality certifications, with a track record of overseeing large-scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sciences or engineering.
• Quality Improvement Processes qualification (e.g. 6 Sigma, etc.).
• Quality Auditor training or certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality assurance activities across internal and external teams.
• Ensure implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) for all projects.
• Manage compliance of contractors, vendors, and subcontractors with quality requirements.
• Review tenders and purchase orders for quality assurance adequacy.
• Drive continuous improvement using KPIs and quality tools.
