Confidential Company is seeking a Senior Project Controls Lead to plan, schedule, and monitor large-scale EPC building projects using Primavera P6, maintaining baselines and CPM logic.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, QA/QC and Commercial teams to ensure schedule integration, and prepare progress reports, delay analyses and recovery plans to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Monitor project progress, identify critical path activities and suggest corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, QA/QC and Commercial teams for schedule integration.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, S‑Curves, dashboards and KPI presentations.
• Conduct delay analysis, Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and support EOT and claims.
• Perform resource loading, productivity analysis and resource optimization.
• Review subcontractor schedules and ensure compliance with milestones and deliverables.
• Evaluate schedule risks and develop mitigation and recovery plans.
