Job summary

Advanced Search seeks a Senior Project Controls Lead to manage a multi-discipline Project Services team overseeing cost control, planning, document control, and reporting for major oil & gas endeavors. The role drives budgets, scheduling, and contract administration to ensure timely project delivery.

The incumbent will coordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning and startup activities, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget throughout FEED and EPIC

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years’ experience in Oil & Gas, with at least 8 years in a senior project control role.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, P6 Analytics, Primavera Risk Analysis, MS Project, MS Office, and SAP.
• Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and presentation skills.
• Experience in major project execution, including engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and start-up.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Services team to deliver cost management, budget control, planning and scheduling, contracts administration, accounts payable, document control, project reporting.
• Ensure successful and timely execution of FEED and EPIC stages for the Crude Oil Stabilisation, Zero routine flaring, and OFFRAG Pipeline Project, within budget and in line with project requirements.
• Maintain project controls integrity and support project delivery milestones and interfaces with other disciplines.
