Job summary

WorkWavez Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior SOC Engineer - OT Security for an onsite engagement in Doha, Qatar. You will architect, monitor, and defend ICS/SCADA/DCS environments and lead incident response for OT security incidents.

The role requires 5+ years in OT/ICS security, hands-on expertise with Nozomi Networks and Forescout, and an OT security certification such as GICSP or ISA/IEC 62443. This is a permanent onsite position with strong growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity operations, SOC or OT/ICS security.
• Hands-on expertise in OT/ICS security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response.
• Working knowledge of SCADA, DCS, PLC architectures.
• Experience with Nozomi Networks and Forescout platforms.
• OT cybersecurity certifications such as GICSP or ISA/IEC 62443.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and respond to security events across OT and ICS environments.
• Deploy and configure OT security platforms (Nozomi, Forescout) for asset discovery.
• SIEM monitoring, log analysis, threat detection rule tuning, and event correlation.
• Lead incident response investigations and containment in OT/ICS contexts.
• Collaborate with plant engineers, IT security, and system admins to enforce secure baselines.
• Support security audits and ISA/IEC 62443 compliance activities.
