Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an established technology solutions and services provider in Doha, Qatar. We are seeking a Senior SOC Engineer – OT Security to lead security monitoring, threat detection, incident response, and threat hunting across OT/ICS environments.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in cybersecurity and hold certifications in OT security, with hands-on experience in SIEM, Nozomi/Forescout, and network segmentation within industrial settings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity, SOC operations, OT security, ICSS security, or information security.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; professional certification beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead security monitoring across OT/ICS environments and respond to incidents.
• Develop OT-specific detection rules and tune SIEM use cases.
• Maintain OT asset visibility and network topology.
• Collaborate with OT engineering to safely implement containment actions.
