Job summary

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an established technology solutions and services provider in Doha, Qatar. The Senior SOC Engineer – OT Security will lead security monitoring, threat detection, incident response, and threat hunting across OT/ICS, ensuring resilience without impacting critical operations.

Responsibilities include tuning OT security tools like Nozomi and Forescout, building SIEM use cases, and improving OT visibility and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, SOC operations, OT security, ICS, or information security.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certifications such as GIAC GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443, GRID, or IACS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT security monitoring, threat detection, incident response, and threat hunting across OT/ICS environments.
• Develop and tune OT-specific detection rules and SIEM correlations.
• Collaborate with OT engineering for safe containment actions in live environments.
• Maintain OT asset visibility and network baselines; support micro-segmentation and Purdue Model.
