Job summary

Command Post is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Specialist / SME for on-site client engagements in Doha, Qatar. You will design secure OT/ICS architectures and lead risk-based security programs across critical infrastructure assets.

The role involves collaborating with engineering and SOC teams, delivering workshops, and guiding transformation roadmaps in alignment with ISA/IEC 62443 and Zero Trust principles.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in OT Security, ICs, SCADA, Industrial Networks, and Critical Infrastructure Security.

Responsibilities

• Design and validate secure OT/ICS/SCADA architectures aligned with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF, Purdue Model, and Zero Trust principles.
• Conduct OT security assessments, vulnerability reviews, risk modeling, and remediation planning for industrial assets, including PLCs, RTUs, and control systems.
• Develop secure network segmentation, zones and conduits, and remote-access architectures for critical infrastructure environments.
• Implement and integrate OT security solutions and asset visibility/monitoring platforms, including Nozomi Networks and Claroty.
• Collaborate with Engineering, SOC, and IT/OT teams to embed security into system design and operations.
• Lead OT cybersecurity workshops and develop security roadmaps, operating models, and strategic transformation initiatives.
• Support incident-response planning, cyber-resilience assessments, and red/blue team exercises.
• Provide technical leadership and act as an SME for industrial cybersecurity engagements.
• Support solution engineering, presales activities, proposal development, and creation of OT security services and offerings.

• Hands-on experience with industrial cybersecurity frameworks, risk assessments, security architecture, and compliance requirements.


• Proven ability to lead client engagements, deliver complex OT security projects, and provide strategic cybersecurity guidance.


• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership skills.
