Job summary

Qatar Stock Exchange is seeking a Network and Security Administrator to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operation of the exchange's network infrastructure. You will protect data, manage connectivity, and maintain regulatory compliance while collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.

The role requires coordinating network design, implementing security controls, and driving automation to improve monitoring and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Industry certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Juniper, Fortinet NSE, CompTIA Network+/Security+).
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in network and security administration.
• Proven track record in enterprise network and security solutions.
• Experience with cloud networking, network automation, and monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR and audit processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of the network infrastructure.
• Design, implement, and maintain network security solutions.
• Monitor traffic, analyze logs, and respond to incidents and vulnerabilities.
• Conduct audits and risk assessments; ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead or support automation and documentation efforts.
• Support audits with evidence and documentation.
