Education

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is typically required.

Experience

• 5 to 10 years or more.
• NAC and Firewall Exposure are required; should be good with Avanti Pulse Secure or Aruba Clear Pass.
• Should have several years of experience in a banking network environment and security roles before advancing to a senior position.

Networking Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE)
• Certifications like CompTIA Network and CompTIA Security can also be valuable for foundational knowledge.

Security Certifications

• Security-focused certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) are highly regarded.

Technical Skills

• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and architectures is essential.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices and firewalls.
