As a Senior Network Administrator, you will be responsible for managing complex network and security environments within a regulated banking domain. You will work hands‑on with advanced routing, switching, and security technologies to ensure a resilient and secure IT infrastructure. The role involves designing, implementing, and operating NAC solutions, firewalls, WAF, and IDS/IPS platforms while adhering to strict security policies and best practices. You will also mentor junior team members, lead technical initiatives, and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders. This position is ideal for professionals with deep networking expertise and strong security leadership experience in financial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and secure enterprise banking network environments
• Design, implement, and manage NAC solutions and firewall infrastructures
• Operate and maintain WAF, IDS/IPS, VPN, and network security platforms
• Implement and manage Cisco ISE and NAC solutions (Aruba ClearPass or Ivanti Pulse Secure)
• Ensure compliance with banking security policies and regulatory standards
• Troubleshoot complex network and security incidents and provide root‑cause analysis
• Lead network security projects and mentor junior engineers
• Monitor network performance and proactively mitigate potential threats

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5–10+ years of experience in banking network and security environments
• Strong expertise in networking, routing, switching, and security technologies
• Hands‑on experience with NAC, firewalls, WAF, IDS/IPS, and Cisco ISE
• Solid experience with Ivanti Pulse Secure or Aruba ClearPass
• Deep knowledge of network security best practices and threat mitigation
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools
• Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and cross‑team collaboration abilities
