Qualifications

• 6–8 years of IT support and customer handling experience.
• 2–3 years in a similar role with related responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (CS or E&C) and professional IT certification (e.g., CISA or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair UTP, FOC, multi-core, and LAN cabling.
• Perform site inspections and prepare BOQs and reports.
• Provide remote support and manage inventory of network components.
• Produce network drawings and patching matrices.
• Communicate updates to colleagues and clients.
