Job summary

Snoonu in Doha, Qatar, is seeking an experienced QA professional to drive quality for our mobile apps used by millions. You will test iOS and Android native apps, perform smoke, regression, feature, and exploratory testing, and represent QA in release planning while advocating for quality across the product.

Bring 4+ years of software testing or development experience, familiarity with POSTMAN and mobile test tooling, and a user-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software development or testing and the full test lifecycle.
• At least 1 year of experience testing back using POSTMAN or similar.
• Experience testing mobile apps on Android and iOS devices.
• Experience creating/maintaining testability tools (virtual services, test data services, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and a quality-focused mindset.
• Learner mindset with willingness to innovate.

Responsibilities

• Test iOS & Android native mobile applications used by millions of users.
• Perform smoke, regression, feature and exploratory testing.
• Be the voice of QA in release planning.
• Capture/analyze network traces and device logs to identify defect root causes.
• Write/maintain UI test automation for End-to-End mobile testing.
• Evaluate test results and make recommendations.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and craft test scenarios.
• Stay up-to-date on new testing tech, standards, and tools.
• Ensure product is scalable, secure, and performant; understand mobile architecture/call flows.
