Job summary

PayTech Group in Doha is seeking a senior UAT/QA specialist to lead user acceptance testing for card-related products within a major regional bank's Cards and Payments team. You will translate business requirements into test scenarios, execute end-to-end flows, and manage defects using Azure DevOps or JIRA, ensuring compliance and timely sign-off.

Requirements include 5–8 years of UAT/QA experience in banking and payments, hands-on CMS experience, and on-site availability in Doha.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of UAT and QA experience in banking/payments.
• Hands-on UAT experience on card issuance, processing, settlements, disputes and rewards/loyalty.
• Proficiency with CMS systems (Way4, TSYS PRIME) and defect tools (Azure DevOps, JIRA).
• Professional proficiency in English; Arabic an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead UAT across new card launches, CVP enhancements, and compliance-driven changes.
• Translate business requirements into test scenarios and data covering card issuance, transactions, settlements and disputes.
• Log, triage and track defects with regression testing; coordinate with stakeholders to unblock issues.
• Produce UAT execution reports and traceability matrices for sign-off.
