Job summary

Talent Arabia Doha is seeking an experienced Quality Analyst/QA Lead for mobile and internet banking apps in the Banking domain. The candidate will ensure digital banking quality through thorough testing, analysis, and Jira-driven defect management.

The role requires collaboration with developers, BAs, stakeholders and clients, participation in Agile ceremonies, and continuous process improvements to deliver high-quality banking solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of QA/software testing experience in digital banking.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end testing of mobile and internet banking apps.
• Create and run test plans, cases, and scripts; perform regression testing.
• Collaborate with BAs, developers and stakeholders on requirements.
• Use Jira to manage test cases, defects and tasks.
• Analyze results and report test coverage and quality trends.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive testing best practices.
