Job summary

Nair Systems LLC is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator for its Qatar operations. The role requires 6+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM On-Premises, strong architecture and security knowledge, and development experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, and SSRS.

Responsibilities include CRM customization, plugin/workflow development, and project deployments. Joining timeframe is two weeks to a month, with a focus on reliable, scalable CRM solutions in enterprise

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement On-Premises.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM architecture, deployment, administration, security, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on development experience with C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, Web APIs, SQL Server, and SSRS.
• CRM customizations, plugins, workflows, integrations, and solution deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize CRM solutions, plugins, workflows, and integrations.

• At least 6 years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement On-Premises.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM architecture, deployment, administration, security, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on development experience with C#, . NET Framework, Java Script, Web APIs, SQL Server, and SSRS.
• Demonstrated experience with CRM customizations, plugins, workflows, integrations, and solution deployment.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics CRM 2016 and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement On-Premises.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, ADFS, claims-based authentication, and single sign-on.
• Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with ERP, banking, or other enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure integration services.
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform certifications are preferred.
• Experience supporting business-critical, highly available enterprise environments.
