Job summary

Swan Global is seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor in Qatar to oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial, residential, or industrial facilities. The role focuses on supervising maintenance activities, ensuring safety standards, and coordinating with technicians for efficient operation.

Applicants should hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least two years in building maintenance or facilities management

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Building Maintenance or Facilities Management.
• Experience supervising MEP maintenance teams.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, pumps, and building services.
• Ability to read MEP drawings and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning and reporting.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily MEP maintenance activities.
• Allocate work assignments and monitor technicians.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is on schedule.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pumps, and generators.
• Conduct routine inspections of building systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain maintenance records and service docs.
• Monitor spare parts inventory.
• Ensure safe work practices.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls.
