Job summary

Swan Global is seeking a qualified and experienced Mechanical Site Engineer for an upcoming infrastructure and roadworks project in Mesaieed, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering within the construction sector and be available for immediate mobilization.

You will supervise mechanical site activities, ensure works conform to drawings and safety standards, coordinate with civil and electrical teams, monitor heavy machinery, and prepare progress reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in Infrastructure and Roadworks projects.
• Strong technical knowledge and site management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage mechanical site activities related to infrastructure and roadworks projects.
• Ensure all mechanical works are executed according to project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with civil and electrical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor the maintenance and operation of heavy machinery and mechanical equipment on-site.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations.
• Manage site resources and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
