• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; master's preferred.
• 10–14 years in oil & gas with Major Contractors or consultants.
• Proven experience in the EPCI industry with an engineering focus.
• Offshore project experience highly valued.
• Strong leadership and client communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and industry-standard engineering tools.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of field and senior field engineers to ensure the effective and timely execution of installation projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering activities with procurement, construction, and installation phases.
• Conduct regular project site visits to monitor progress, address technical issues, and ensure quality control.
• Develop innovative engineering solutions that align with project specifications, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee the design and optimization of engineering systems, ensuring feasibility, efficiency, and safety of project deliverables.
• Conduct thorough technical reviews and provide recommendations to enhance project performance and mitigate risks.
• Implement industry-leading practices and emerging trends to continuously improve engineering processes and methodologies.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary technical point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, providing technical expertise and solutions.
