Job summary

McDermott International is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee opportunities, risk, and execution across complex EPC/FEED programs. The role drives client and supplier negotiations and maintains bottom-line accountability for project success, from pursuit through closeout.

Responsibilities include leading project and discipline managers, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and delivering as-sold outcomes. Strong leadership and strategic focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant Engineering discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Ocean, Naval, Architecture, etc.) or Construction Management.
• Ability to develop Project Execution strategy, Profit Plan, and objectives to ensure efficient and effective implementation, aligned with McDermott Policies, overall business strategy, and objectives.
• Technical competency in the subject matter of the Project to be able to manage the implications of technical challenges and selection of key project team members.
• Effective and efficient communication skills.
• Capacity to maintain a working knowledge of the project as part of overall Project accountability and ensure implementation of required corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage EPC/EPFI projects $100m–$500m.
• Oversee FEED execution and Win-it strategy.
• Maintain accountability for team performance.
• Direct FEED team within McDermott policy.
• Lead and manage all project phases.
• Represent the company to clients and subcontractors.
• Ensure project compliance with QMS/HSE.
• Forecast accurately and manage budget.
