Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in Doha, Qatar, seeks a driven Sales Executive - Marine to drive revenue for marine engines and build relationships with boat builders, fishermen, and key accounts. Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in marine/technical equipment sector.
• Excellent understanding of marine engines and boating industry dynamics.
• B2B/B2C sales process knowledge and strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales revenue, volume, and gross margin targets for marine engines in Qatar.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across boat builders, fishermen, retail customers, and key accounts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and retention.
• Support market share growth by expanding the active customer and dealer network.
• Promote marine products through customer visits, product presentations, exhibitions, events, and marketing activities.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, maintain pipeline visibility, and submit timely sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams including logistics, service, spare parts, finance, and marketing to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and effective after-sales support.
