Urban Ridge Supplies is seeking a Senior Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) in Doha to lead advanced maintenance programs and drive reliability across ELV and electrical systems. The role emphasizes OEM alignment, technical leadership, and safe, compliant operations in complex facilities.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with UPDA Grade A and QCDD approval, and have 10+ years’ experience in maintenance, tendering, and operations.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically strong Senior Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) to join our team.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

Key Qualifications & Experience

• UPDA Grade A
• QCDD Approved
• 10+ years of relevant experience in maintenance and operations

Technical Expertise

• Strong background in maintenance operations and tendering
• ELV Systems: UPS, ACS, BMS, CBS, AV, etc.
• Electrical Systems: LV, MV, Transformers, Generators
• Electrical load calculations (cable sizing, breaker sizing)
• Review of CAD drawings and technical documentation
• Material submittals and technical evaluations
• Tender estimation and cost analysis

Operational Skills

• Experience with CMMS / CAFM systems
• KPI monitoring and reporting
• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance (PPM & CM)
• Development and implementation of SOPs

Leadership

• Proven ability to manage and lead technical teams
• Ensure maintenance activities align with OEM recommendations and international standards
