Urban Ridge Supplies is seeking a Senior Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) in Doha to lead advanced maintenance programs and drive reliability across ELV and electrical systems. The role emphasizes OEM alignment, technical leadership, and safe, compliant operations in complex facilities.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with UPDA Grade A and QCDD approval, and have 10+ years’ experience in maintenance, tendering, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance teams to ensure uptime and reliability.
• Ensure maintenance aligns with OEM recommendations and international standards.
• Review CAD drawings and technical documentation.
• Develop SOPs and preventive maintenance plans.
• Manage CMMS / CAFM systems and KPI reporting.
