Job summary

Banana Island Resort Doha By Anantara is seeking an Assistant Spa & Wellness Manager to support the Spa & Wellness Manager in daily operations, ensuring the highest service standards and guest satisfaction in a luxury setting.

You will supervise therapists, reception, fitness and wellness teams, manage bookings and inventory, and contribute to revenue targets while maintaining brand standards and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

Must have 2–3 years in a Spa Supervisor/lead role in luxury hotel or resort.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Professional spa certifications preferred.
Knowledge of spa management software Opera or SpaSoft.

Responsibilities

Assist in the daily operation and administration of the spa and wellness facilities.
Ensure all treatments, services and guest interactions are delivered to the highest standards.
Supervise therapists, receptionists, fitness and wellness team members, and other spa colleagues.
Monitor daily operations: appointments, treatment rooms, guest flow, cleanliness and service delivery.
Ensure guests receive a warm, personalized, and professional experience.
Handle guest feedback, requests, and complaints professionally, with appropriate follow-up.
