Qualifications

• The Housekeeping Supervisor leads daily Housekeeping operations to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation and guest comfort.
• Supervise Housekeeping Attendants and assigned colleagues to ensure efficient, safe and compliant service.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors and public areas to ensure consistent cleanliness and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Housekeeping Attendants and assigned colleagues.
• Allocate daily work assignments and ensure adequate staffing coverage according to occupancy and operational requirements.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and other assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office regarding room readiness, priorities, discrepancies, and special requests.
• Assist with training, induction, coaching, and performance monitoring of new and existing colleagues.
