What You Bring

Several years of experience in a legal department of an international company or reputable law firm, particularly with international projects.
Proven track record in managing legal risks in complex transactions and providing pragmatic legal advice.
Deep knowledge of contract law and international practices, with experience in leading strategic negotiations.
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for enabling business transactions and inspiring change.
Experience in managing complex disputes and advising on risk and resolution strategies.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with remote and cross-functional teams across different time zones.
