Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, IT or Quality.
• ISO/IEC 20000 Practitioner/Lead Auditor certification.
• ITIL Expert certification.
• Quality-management background.
• Minimum 8 years of service quality experience, including auditing.
• Strong analytical, auditing and process-management skills.
• Knowledge of ITSM, CMDB and continual service improvement.
• Must meet airport HSE, cybersecurity and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Quality & Service Management Plan and quality-assurance program.
• Audit SOP compliance, CMDB accuracy and preventive-maintenance performance.
• Review major-incident root-cause analyses and ensure reporting aligns with ITSM records.
• Monitor IT service-management processes including incidents, problems, changes and configuration.
• Monitor and report quality KPIs.
• Support ISO certification activities and client audits.
• Manage quality documentation and service audit readiness.
