Job summary

A leading steel manufacturing firm in Qatar seeks an experienced internal auditor to conduct risk assessments, execute audits, and ensure compliance with both local laws and IIA standards. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's in Commerce/Accounting and a minimum of five years’ experience in internal auditing, preferably in the steel or manufacturing industry. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team are essential. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to strategic audit planning and operational assessments.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum experience in internal audits, preferably in a steel/manufacturing industry.
• CIA, CISA, CFE, DISA certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual risk assessment for the Audit Plan.
• Execution of audits and submission of reports.
• Support Internal Audit Manager in achieving KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with IIA Standards and local laws.
