Open Limits Design in Doha, Qatar seeks a talented Interior Designer with 3–5 years of experience to own projects from concept to execution. You will lead design development, coordinate with drafting and site teams, and ensure the final result aligns with the original vision.

The role requires strong space planning, materials knowledge, and exceptional attention to detail, with ability to manage timelines and communicate across disciplines to deliver completed interiors on schedule.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of interior design experience in Qatar.
• Strong design sense and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, and technical drawings.
• Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Study each project to understand its architectural character, functionality, and design direction.
• Develop furniture layouts, mood boards, and concept boards.
• Select and coordinate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and decor.
• Create 3D designs or coordinate with the 3D design team.
• Set project timelines and manage design deliverables.
• Review drawings to ensure alignment with approved design.
• Coordinate between design, drafting, and site execution teams.
• Follow up on site to ensure design is implemented correctly.
