Job summary

Frozza Refrigeration Solutions W.L.L. seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead interior fit-out ventures in Qatar. You will oversee timelines, budgets, and quality while coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver projects from inception to handover.

Responsibilities include detailed scheduling, drawing reviews, cost control, and regular progress reporting. Strong leadership and problem-solving are essential to meet tight deadlines and ensure safety compliance on

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design fit-out project management.
• Experience managing commercial and residential interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of complete interior fit-out processes and construction activities.
• Experience managing multiple teams, subcontractors, suppliers and site supervisors.
• Ability to read and understand architectural interior MEP and shop drawings.
• Strong knowledge of materials finishes, joinery, furniture, gypsum, flooring, ceilings, partitions, doors and other fit-out works.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement and cost control.
• Excellent client and consultant coordination skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Valid Qatar Driving License is Mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute interior fit-out projects from start to handover.

• Ensure works are executed per drawings, specs and client requirements.
• Maintain communications with clients to resolve issues and keep objectives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and site regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan manage and execute interior fit-out projects from start to handover Take overall responsibility for project timeline budget quality and completion Develop detailed project schedules and monitor progress against agreed deadlines Coordinate with clients consultants architects designers engineers suppliers and subcontractors Review project drawings specifications BOQs materials and scope of work Manage and coordinate site teams supervisors subcontractors and project staff Monitor daily and weekly project progress and ensure timely completion of activities Identify potential project delays technical issues and risks and take appropriate corrective action Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings specifications quality standards and client requirements Coordinate procurement and ensure materials are available according to the project schedule Monitor project costs material usage manpower and overall project budget Review quotations variations subcontractor works and additional requirements Manage variation orders additional works and client approvals when required Conduct regular site meetings and project coordination meetings Prepare and review project progress reports schedules and documentation Monitor the quality of joinery furniture partitions ceilings flooring doors wall panels painting and other interior works Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the project Resolve site and project-related issues efficiently while maintaining project objectives Ensure compliance with company procedures and health safety and site regulations Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to the required quality standards

REQUIREMENTS
