Job summary

UM Vision is seeking a Senior Executive – Integrated Planning in Doha to oversee the quality of integrated media products for allocated clients. You will translate client objectives into cohesive media strategies across TV, digital and OOH, ensuring high standards of planning and performance optimization.

In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop objectives, channel plans and KPI frameworks, while guiding junior planners and managing day-to-day planning deliverables.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of integrated media across offline and digital channels.
• Ability to translate strategy into channel plans with clear KPIs.
• Experience in coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a strong understanding of clients’ business and marketing objectives, translating these into integrated media strategies across offline and digital channels.
• Supports the development of media objectives, channel strategies, target audiences, KPIs and tactical plans.
• Develops and presents clear, insight-led integrated media recommendations alongside senior team members.
