Job summary

Ogilvy in Doha is seeking a Senior Account Executive to run mid-size projects, provide media intelligence and insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, Internal Communication, Digital Media, and Press Office.

The ideal candidate will think creatively to solve problems, identify digital and social trends, and apply them to client work. Strong writing, research, and bilingual English/Arabic is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of client-facing industry experience managing the development or delivery of strong work.
• Experience across several accounts with a focus on corporate brand.
• Curious and lifelong learner.
• Ability to get things done on budget and on time.
• Strong skills in research, analysis and trend identification.
• Excellent writing and communication skills; bilingual Arabic/English is favorable.
• Locally available in Qatar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide media intelligence, analysis, and trend-development insights with advisory on impact to clients.
• Support management and preparation of event content, including vetting speakers and participants.
• Provide research, analysis, and recommendations for PR opportunities, external engagements, and reputational matters.
• Support reputation management activities, monitoring emerging issues and developing communications responses.
• Assist in populating and distributing client newsletters with accurate stakeholder lists.
• Attend daily meetings and contribute ideas and insights.
• Conduct forward-looking assessments of emerging trends to position client events.
• Support day-to-day operations of the Public Relations department.
• Develop presentations for project management status.
• Keep teams informed and involved in projects.
• Deliver strong analysis and creative ideas for campaigns and initiatives.
