Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Senior Incident Response leader in Doha to personally lead major cyber incidents and direct response teams across a complex enterprise environment.

The role demands deep expertise in incident response governance, playbooks, crisis management, and stakeholder coordination with experience in tabletop exercises and regulatory frameworks. Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in cyber incident response.
• Experience leading major cyber incidents and response teams.
• Leadership of Cyber Incident Response / CSIRT engagements.
• Incident response planning, playbooks & governance.
• Cyber crisis management & stakeholder coordination.
• Tabletop exercises, workshops & cyber drills.
• Knowledge of IR frameworks, standards & regulations.
• Post-incident reviews & remediation oversight.
• Strong project/program management capability.

Responsibilities

• Personally lead significant cyber incidents and response teams.
• Oversee incident response programs and governance.
• Coordinate with enterprise and national-level stakeholders.
• Develop and review incident response playbooks and governance.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and remediation oversight.
