Job summary

Confidential in Qatar is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to oversee day-to-day security operations and contracted guarding services across assigned facilities. You will supervise security personnel, ensure access control, respond to incidents, and monitor service provider performance.

The ideal candidate has hands-on security operations experience, with strong knowledge of access control, incident handling, and personnel deployment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in security, guarding, or security supervision.
• Experience supervising a team of security personnel.
• Experience managing outsourced/contracted security services.
• Experience in large facilities, commercial properties, corporate premises, hospitality, infrastructure, or similar environments.
• Good understanding of access control, security procedures, incident response, and security operations.
• Strong communication, coordination, observation, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contracted security personnel across facilities.
• Monitor compliance with security procedures, instructions, and operational controls.
• Prepare duty schedules to ensure adequate personnel coverage at posts.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and controlled areas to ensure proper access control.
• Conduct routine inspections of security posts and areas for standards.
• Ensure proper implementation of security and safety procedures across facilities.
• Respond to security incidents and coordinate actions.
• Prepare incident reports and security documentation.
• Coordinate with departments, facility representatives, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor contracted security company compliance with contractual requirements and standards.
• Identify security gaps or issues and follow up on corrective actions.
• Prepare periodic security activity reports and maintain related records.
• Ensure activities follow established admin, operational, and safety procedures.
• Perform other security operations duties as assigned.
